Translation from Lozi:
1. Barotseland, the land of our fore Fathers;
Of all the countries (of the World) this is ours,
We are born here, and we have grown up here.
Oh Yes, we love Barotseland.
2. Though other Nations may despise it, to us Barotseland is our
real home that is most loved.
It has arable land; it pastures cattle
Really this is our country.
Oh Praise ye, the Lord, for he gives us Peace
B EXPLANATION
1. Sovereignty is the Supreme authority in an Independent Political
Society
2. Internal Sovereignty is Paramount Power over all action within,
and is limited by the nature of Power itself
3 . The Sovereign dejure is the King or crown
4. The Ngocana in Parliament is the legislative Sovereign (make
laws)
5. The legal Sovereign is the King (Ngocana) and Judiciary
6. The executive Sovereign is the prime Minister and Cabinet
7. The defacto or Political Sovereign is the electorate
8. Head of State - Ceremonial head shall be the Ngocana
9. Head of Monarch or Privy Council shall be the Minyolui
10.Head of Government shall be the Administrator General later Prime
Minister
