the FREEDOM CREDO

We the Barotseland Nation:

- Our Objective is the restoration of our Country Independence

- We reveal and speak the truth though it pains

- We talk about our universal rights

- We ascertain that we are a separate Nation State

- We have no interest in Zambian Politics

- We uphold universal law of People’s and Nations rights

- We aim for equality among other Nations

- Our emphasis is decolonization of Barotseland by Zambia

- We oppose a permanent state of deceit, treachery, fraud and unfaithfulness

- Historically and Naturally, We are Barotzish and we belong to one another, though our foes still do try to instil disharmony among us

- Firstly we are Barotzish; Secondly we are Africans, thirdly we are part of Humanity

- The Barotseland People do not want be be ruled by Aliens

- The State of Zambia is a political creation which we Barotzish, wish not to be part of, we are tired and impoverished we want our country back, ruled by those who are born from our Sacred Barotzish Land

- Thus we refuse and therefore we shall never be Zambians

- Only we the sons of the land can bring glory to our Nation

- We have a vision unparalleled for Barotseland

- Our realization is that we have been robbed of our Sovereignty by artifice, and we want it back, the sooner the better

- We have been deprived of our rights to self determination by hook and crooks and ways of permanent and cruel deceit

- No more subjugation

- If we are not for ourselves who else

- As a people and as a Nation we deserve the rights accorded and enjoyed by other Nations

- Let our African leaders, and brothers understand that Zambia is not a mother country to Barotseland; therefore it is illogical to suggest that Barotseland is seceding from a young Nation still crawling

- Our Nation, our Country, our Territory our Nation is Barotseland
