The Barotseland Postal Authority shall have as its basic function the obligation to provide postal services to bind the Nation together through the personal, educational, literary, and business correspondence of the people. It shall provide prompt, reliable and efficient services to patrons in all areas and shall render postal services to all communities.
The Barotseland Postal Authority is organized into five Operating Offices:
Office of Accountability & Compliance
The Office of Accountability & Compliance has the responsibility to formulate and technically analyze Barotseland Postal Authority policy recommendations—both domestic and foreign.Office of General Counsel
The office serves as defence counsel to the Board of Barotseland Postal Authority.Office of Public Affairs & Government Relations
The Office of Public Affairs & Government Relations manages all communications of the Barotseland Postal Authority.Office of Secretary & Administration
The Office of Secretary & Administration records and preserves Barotseland Postal Authority actions and documents.Office of Inspector General
The Office of Inspector General is a watchdog office that seeks out fraud and abuse in the Barotseland Postal Authority programs and operations, auditing cases of fraud and abuses when necessary.
